Dengan berkembang nya zaman maka di-dirikanlah Banindo sebagai satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang automotive. Pada awal nya Banindo bergerak di bidang Distribusi Ban Truk di kota Padang.

Banindo sekarang lebih di kenal sebagai distributor ban motor, ban truck, oli, dan sparepart motor. Metode Go-Retail yang kami jalan kan dalam prosess distribusi dikategorikan cukup berhasil sehingga prosess penjualan Banindo telah meluas hingga seluruh Sumatera Barat.
